Calling Haligonian women with informed opinions

Two dozen women participated in a similar workshop on International Women's Day in Vancouver, sponsored by Simon Fraser University.

Courtesy of the organizational efforts of Martha Paynter, Informed Opinions will be delivering a commentary-writing workshop in Halifax on Monday, October 24th for women interested in learning how to translate their subject matter expertise into accessible opinion pieces for publication online or in daily newspapers. A dozen participants have registered to date, but we have room for a few more.
